About Our Chapter
The Greater Syracuse Chapter of NYSCAR is a group of commercial real estate Broker and Affiliate members dedicated to promoting the interests of commercial real estate professionals and their clients throughout the Syracuse Region. The Greater Syracuse Chapter of NYSCAR prides itself on its ability to “bring commercial practioners together”, enhancing the ever growing membership’s success in completeing transactions.
The Greater Syracuse Area Chapter of NYSCAR is an active chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
GSC NYSCAR Members
NETWORK: Meetings scheduled each month provide opportunities to network with other members and professionals in the commercial real estate industry. The topics at the monthly meetings include development projects, tours of real estate and alternative methods to traditional real estate disposition.
EDUCATE: Educational offerins address the commercial real estate business specifically. Educational programs have a broad range of topics with venues from aroung the state and country. Classes offered can cover commercial sales and leasing, finance, investment analysis, valuation and many more.
PARTICIPATE: Members have the opportunity to participate on a variety of levels. Committees are formed to address education, events, legislation, and recognition to name a few.
ADVOCATE: Because of our focus, members have the advantage of knowing about legislation that could have a negative impact on the commercial real estate industry. This allows us the opportunity to share our concerns with out representatives and help them better understand the impact of the proposed legislation.
